  I LOVE yalls crawfish, I brag about the crawfish all the time. However, the service here is awful. Owner is very nice but one waitress IS horrible. I had to wipe my own table and Every time I come in she is horrible.  She has not cleaned our table ONCE, and we are eating crawfish. She has not checked on us once, I myself walked to the owner and gave him my card so I can check out. I asked for my tab once before that. I asked for to go plates TWICE. I (nor my  son) were ever asked if We wanted a beverage... when I got my beer it was not dressed like I asked and she never asked if we wanted a refill. Ever. Or if we wanted anything else to eat. To do the boss: You could be making so much money if you had someone attentive.  I could have asked for more beer or more pounds of crawfish. I leave thinking this exact thing every single week.  I have had her for the last three times I've been in here. I come in a lot, your crawfish are good enough to ignore her and I still tip her good because I feel bad for her ... even though I notice the only time she checks on me is after I sign the tab and she wants the signed copy. Wish I was making this up. today I had enough, she even said "okkk" when I stopped her before leaving and asked for a beverage. She  is HORRIBLE and makes ME uncomfortable to even ask for service. I was a waitress once and this blows my mind. Worst service I've ever had.
  
  I'll be coming back for the crawfish, they are worth it.

  It gets one star only because I can't post less and because the food was mildly enjoyable. My son chose this place as his birthday dinner so we complied - under the impression that it was a franchise but this one seems to be independently owned. As we walk in, There were no other customers inside so when we were greeted and were told to sit wherever we'd like. It is HOT in there, mind you it's already 100 degrees outside in the Texas summer for an establishment not to have their AC running, which should have been a sign for us to leave but my son wanted to stay so again, we decided against our better judgement.  The AC was turned on while we were there and there was a shop fan blowing in there as well. The tables look as though they hadn't bothered to wipe them down, sticky! The young man that helped us then came over to our table and gave us the menus, had a very unfriendly demeanor, almost monotone,  and asked for our drink orders. The entire exchange just seemed rushed, asking if we were ready to order immediately after handing us the menus, he seemed incredibly annoyed to have us, again we were literally the only people in there. Two men walked in and then immediately walked out, i regret not doing the same. He hovered around our table while we ate - just watching us eat, I felt like I was so unwelcome. When we asked for the check, he stood around waiting for us to pay immediately. So unprofessional, the customer service is terrible here. If I was desperate I would maybe order to go but otherwise I'd make a drive to the Baytown Seafood on Spencer Hwy where I would enjoy my meal without feeling like I'm being rushed out the door.

  We had a good experience today beer was ice cold and crawfish were steaming hot. Loved it

  Nothing fancy here, just good food.  The boudin balls are great, the gumbo is pretty good and the grilled snapper was also good.  Prices are very reasonable as well.
